Jim is an industry leader in professional and on-line real estate services. He specializes in linking housing to economic recovery, healthcare and the green agenda. He is a innovator in employer assisted real estate benefit programs and supports Employer Assisted Housing policy development nationally. Locally he was the force behind Windermere`s successful "high-volume retail" branch expansion and the new "Proactive Housing Solutions" public seminar series for baby boomers. He holds multiple professional certifications by both the National Association of Realtors and Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
Profesisonalism
Jim joined Windermere Real Estate in 2006 after a 20 years in technology marketing and sales. During this career he consulted to multiple global technology leaders in software, servers, networking and telecommunications on how to launch products and adapt sales organizations. He brings a high degree of professionalism, diligence, and insight to the value of technology in helping his clients buy and sell homes. Jim is a graduate of Princeton University. He works in English, French and Mandarin.
Personal Background
Jim, his wife and two teenage sons bought their home and moved to Kingston from Kirkland in 2000. He is a former board member in the North Kitsap Soccer Club responsible for fund raising, active in the Bainbridge Island Rotary Club in which he enjoys repairing bikes for auction, and serves in the Princeton alumni group offering interviews to highschool applicants in western Washington. Jim and his family enjoy biking, surfing, and caring for their diverse orchards at the Sunnyview Farm.
